NB. Snowcare insurance does not provide refunds in the event of lift closures and is linked to your ski pass (always keep it safe!). It is valid only in the event of a request for and intervention by the on-piste rescue service at the location where the incident occurred. In the event of an incident, you can always call the Snowcare operations centre, which is open 24 hours a day.
