PARADICE ORCHESTRA: THE CINEMA - ENNIO MORRICONE

A tribute to one of the most important, electic and influential film composer in the history of Italian and international music.

The music of Morricone, present in more than 470 films, will be performed by the Paradice Orchestra. Here some pieces: "C'era una volta in America", "Nuovo Cinema Paradiso", "Gli intoccabili", "La leggenda del pianista sull'oceano".

The Paradice Orchestra plays a wide music repertoire combinig many genres: from tributes to great artists of the past and of today to opera and classical arrangements. During this edition of Paradice Music, Paradice Orchestra performs featuring with special artists. The Orchestra is born from the union between Los Locos Armando’s, well-established local rock band, with the pianist Massimo Faes and the Frosty Trio, a women string trio outside the box.

Good to know:

• This concert belongs to the Paradice Music Festival, which is hosted in a big icy igloo theatre at high altitude (2.600 m): the Milka Paradice Dome.
• The Milka Paradice Dome is situated at Passo Paradiso and you reach it by taking the cable car Paradiso, departure from Passo Tonale. If you purchased your concert ticket online, before taking the cable car you should go to the ticket office Paradiso within 30 minutes before the starting of the concert and show the QR-Code received by e-mail and pick-up the concert ticket: only this way you will take part in the show!
• From the arrival of the cable car Paradiso to the Milka Paradice Dome there are about 250 m to walk on a beaten slope. The access to the Milka Paradice Dome is allowed 15 minutes before the beginning of the show.
• The concert lasts 45 minutes. We recommend thermal mountain clothing, suitable for the context and the temperatures inside the Milka Paradice Dome between 0 °C and -8 °C (Passo Paradiso altitude 2,600 m).
