A warm and welcoming dining area with spectacular views of the glacier awaits you. At 2585 meters at Restaurant Paradiso it is not only a matter of altitude, but even  of “high level cuisine”. Citrus marinated trout with purple carrot flan and onion compote

First course

Pasta filled with potatoes and "mortandela" (a typical fresh cut  from Val di Non) with butter in creamy onion sauce

Tagliolini with guinea fowl ragù and mountain pine 

Second course

Veal slices with grey mushrooms, black truffle and horseradishPotatoes

Hazelnut semifreddo with warm berries
