El Volt is a charming restaurant located in an old building renovated using natural materials such as wood, stone, glass and iron. The cuisine uses local produce to serve an updated and revisited typical menu, the restaurant has an impressive wine cellar with a vast selection of local, Italian and international wines. 

The family run atmosphere and style of our restaurant is based on taste and generous portions. Meat, game, cheese, aromatic herbs and forest fruits. The recipes come from traditional camun, solandra and Valtellina cuisine that have been reinterpreted to make them more suitable to today’s nutritional needs.
