Paradice Music Menu: delights for the palate and the mind

At 2585 meters at Restaurant Paradiso it is not only a matter of altitude, but even  of “high level cuisine”. A warm and welcoming dining area with spectacular views of the glacier awaits you.

DINNER AT HIGH ALTITUDE are a chance to enjoy local specialities that combine enogastronomic traditions of Trentino and Lombardy regions, with a modern twist.

One of these dinners will be even more special: it is a SUB ZERO STARS DINNER! The renowned chef Alessandro Bellingeri (selected in the Italian Guide Michelin with one star - Osteria Acquarol) will delight your palate. 

The menu of the DINNER AT HIGH ALTITUDE includes:

Starter

Citrus marinated trout with purple carrot flan and onion compote

First course

Pasta filled with potatoes and "mortandela" (a typical fresh cut  from Val di Non) with butter in creamy onion sauce

Tagliolini with guinea fowl ragù and mountain pine 

Second course

Veal slices with grey mushrooms, black truffle and horseradish

Potatoes

Dessert

Hazelnut semifreddo with warm berries

The dinner price is € 50,00 per person, water, wine and coffee included.

 

The dinner are scheduled as follows:

- January, Thursday 18th 2025 (High Altitude Dinner)

- January, Saturday 25th 2025 (High Altitude Dinner)

- March, Saturday 8th 2025 (High Altitude Dinner)
